The UPS Store processes all incoming mail and packages for students living in on-campus Residence Halls.
- On-campus residents have a U-box number for receiving mail and packages from USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. To find your U-box number, log in to the Housing portal or myFSU portal under the Addresses section. For assistance, contact University Housing at housing.fsu.edu.
